I talked to my broker and he thinks that it does have to do with a new deal between USAi and Lycos. I bought more today at 89 3/8 and did not expect this kind of move.

Just my luck, I sold my shares yesterday at $91. I figured that if Lycos would not make a move on a day like yesterday, then it would be dead money until the share holder vote. You win some, you lose some.
