red,
Did Aber's lawyer, Mr. Shapray, omit by oversight, the fact that the offer Winspear made for Aber's interest in Snap Lake was solicited by Aber? I wouldn't be surprised if Aber wanted two offers so they couldn't be held acountable(is there buy sell clause in the JV agreement?) for throwing a f*#K into Winspear, when they accepted an offer from a third party....I wonder if this was part of Aber's exploration spin off and Diavik financing strategy....why not take advantage of Winspear if you can get away with it eh?
regards,
teevee

Is there any evidence to support that twist?
It's fine to twist, but you gotta get some good herb in the paper first.

And how would wsp paper help abz finance Diavik?
... i would think they'd be looking for cash.

Anything is possible, i guess eh. The one thing i'm fairly sure of is that none of us know the whole story and won't for a while. Meantime, it is plain that both wsp and abz want that 16% enough to fight over it. There's a message there.
