RNWK being acquired is only one factor driving the share price.. the other factor which is equally or more important is the realization that RNWK is positioning itself as THE leader in streaming media software....

As far as YHOO goes, I'm not expecting 12-15 cents... 9 to 11 cents is still nicely ahead of estimates and certainly good enough for me....
