Yes, indeed. Bill says they didn't see a problem making the quarter's numbers until the end of February when they saw a "degradation of close rates." At that point, they were still optimistic about some "significant deals" they were working. Basically, he says they didn't anticipate a problem until it was too late to do anything about it.

He keeps going back to the rollout they had at the Oakland Coliseum the other day (sorry, but I don't call sports venues by company names). Seems to be leaning heavily on that to get people focusing on the future rather on this quarter's failure. Makes sense.
