I hadn't run across the term monotonic before, but then I am not a mathmatician.

I see your point of the use of Stochastics oversold condition to describe a low point. The code worked ok although I needed to bump up DaysToLoad for some reason that I don't understand. Your chosen value for tbar = -20 is ,I assume, an arbitrary thing.
