I should say so Jack but only from following him around since I noticed his pump and Dump on ACMG.I call him P&D Allen as it better suits him.He finds the dormant ones and does a little buying usually buys it up himself and then spams the threads trolling for newbies and then when she gaps in the morning he blows off his shares and leaves everyone holding nothing.He does it alot but I find more and more people are on to him.

Now susie....what is this about warm sun on the skin.Just got back from the South Carribean and I think I have a good idea what you mean........(acting stupid or innocent)...lol
