The emergence from the bankruptcy deal will be similar to that of HARTQ - but rather than cancelling the shares altogether, the present shareholders will be issued warrents to purchase 4% (FOUR PERCENT) of new issues at between 12 and 18 dollars. I heard that and sold my holdings I had in Discover brokerage, and put my order to sell at Etrade and don't know what that did yet. I inquired as to whether the company had received its financing as it required to keep operations successful and going and if they were going to make their obligations necessary on the notes by April 15, 1999 - and he didn't know what the filed documents even said. I have had enough of this crap. If you want to risk this go ahead, but if you have any money left you haven't lost in HARTQ get out if you can't take the loss. See you at other threads, Jacalyn
