The report adds a couple of things which help in assessing the OS sector too. It said NA/North Sea Budgets won't be reinstated until 1999, so OS workloads won't really pick up until 1999 , although due to good economic software programs some projects will be reinsted sooner than that.

Also this "non-work" in 1999 will steepen decline curves in NA and North Sea- again this helps natural gas prices IMO....
