We are currently experiencing just how much potential e-commerce has. But ask yourself, what's next? As more companies do business, be it auctions or not, and more customers buy products online what is the obvious next requirement of e-businesses. You guessed it: Customer service and customer relations over the inet. I'm the last person who you would find spamming other companies however I feel I owe all of those people who have kept what seems to be a good thread, going. So here's goes.
SIDEWARE SYSTEMS syd.v has created a powerful customer service tool, called Dr. Bean software that will allow e-commerce businesses to give real-time customer service face to face over the internet. The current price is around 1.00, and interest has only over the last few days, begun to mount. I'm not promoting, merely suggesting the next big area of growth related to the internet.
