Theo, Are you saying that Marlboro smokers are litterbugs? ;-) I started jogging a few weeks ago, and my favorite pastime while on the path is to count the empty Marlboro boxes. There are plenty to count! Seriously, the S.F. decision to reduce the award came from the judge that heard the case. There are many more stops along the way to the supreme court. The litigants shouldn't count too many of their chickens just yet. The industry hasn't lost one yet. I wouldn't bet on them starting now. Ian.
