T, I think that the Kosovo crisis and the results in Somalia are proving and have proved that our military dominance is a bit more imaginary than real. Also, North Korea's willingness to give us the fickle finger of fate also speaks poorly of hegemony. In an era of terrorism, state and individual, global power politics have a new dimension.

We are already receiving tribute. I see it in the willingness of foreigners to hold dollars even when it is not in their best interests to do so.
