That is too bad. Arif, if you had canceled those 12.5M shares the price of the stock probably would have gone up on that news. Amazingly, the price would have only had to go to .055 for you to have the same value you do now. You should have canceled the shares as a measure of confidence in this company. The price would probably reach .10 easily. By the way, you would not like how I voted the items on my proxy. It amazes me that you are proposing a reverse split. Reference Item 5, paragraph 1 of the proxy. Are you kidding? You must be incredibly naive if you all believe a reverse split will "increase the demand and tradability of the Company stock." A reverse split will kill shareholder value. You will cause major devastation to your own holdings in this company (with your compensation, maybe you don't care.) This is a really dumb idea. You use words like “believe” (vs. is certain), “may” (vs. will), “at such time” (vs. when) to describe this proposal. From these words, I know you do not have the confidence to proceed in this direction. This is a REALLY, REALLY BAD IDEA! Don't do it. I can only conclude that you and the others on the Board have misled me over the last two years that I have been a shareholder. Or that you and the other board members are out of your league in running a corporation. Which is it? Either way, you all have some soul searching to do. This company is out of control. You need to get your act together or let someone else take over the helm. Which will it be? If you want to increase shareholder confidence, show us how you plan to turn things around for this company. You have shown us that you can talk the talk. Now let us see you walk the walk...
