Good questions, CG, but no one can give you an answer on the timing of the next split (except maybe Mr. Case). I believe they would need stockholder approval authorizing more shares if they were going to do a 3:1. All of their prior splits have been 2:1, but they seem to like the stock to trade in the sub 100 range. If they don't announce until their earnings report on 5/5, the post-split price would probably be over 100, so the chances for 5:2 or 3:1 look good.

One thing is for sure - there's a split in our immediate future <vbg>.
