<<Likewise the Russian and Chinese hypocrites have blood
dripping from their hands>>

Do you wish to modify this statement to include the USA? If not, please reread Noam's piece that I previously posted to you for further clarity.

At any time during
this mess, Milo or the Russians could have ended it.

And at any time long ago the KLA could have stopped it by laying down their arms and not attacking Serbian police and forcing out Serbian citizens.

We tend to forget that Serbia is IN Kosovo because they were putting down an armed insurrection by people our State Department rightly identified as terrorists who were trying to ethnically clense Kosovo of Serbians.

This is not a good guys - bad guys situation. It's a bad guys - bad guys situation that has been going on for hundreds of years.

Why we jumped in at this point is a mystery to everybody except Bill Clinton and his need to (take your choice) a) find some way to create a Presidential legacy before he gets overshadowed by the 2000 campaign, b) release some testosterone because he ain't getting any from Hillary or Monica any more, c) have a chance to play with his military toys before he's retired as CIC, d) divert attention from the Chinese spy / DNR contributions scandal (which you will notice he has VERY effectively done).
