Thanks, Glenn. I am always suspicious when the lead and assistant underwriters are creating the impressions that they are shorting the stock. 9 out of 10 times, they are actually accumulating shares anonymously through ECNs (or thru a friendly market maker) on the bid side in anticipation of good news (split, major upgrade, large contract) that they know are forthcoming in the near future. From late last week on, INSP exhibits very similar trading pattern as ABOV did just prior to the split announcement.
