I don't know that the fact that this is a 100 million dollar deal means that HP is investing that amount in their unnamed partner. That figure could refer to the overall scope of the deal. (Also, I think WAVX can go quite a ways toward deploying Embassy on the 23 million that they've got.) It would be nice if this did turn out to be us, but I'm a bit skeptical -- "Enterprise Computing Solutions" to me has the ring of a server-side e-commerce product. I guess it could be a business to business solution that involved WAVX. Who knows.

Why would Wave get 23 million in a private placement and than possiblity 100million from HP? It all depends on whom offered the bread for the 23 million financing. Wave's release stated that it went to institutional and strategic investors. Getting Waves shares into strategic and institutional hands is critical to building Wave's shareholder base and securing potential Wall Street coverage in the future.

Long and loving it. ( I will be loving it more after the relisting)
