Brian: That is not what I am saying. Yet, I have a number of close friends that have 90-100% in DELL and they wouldn't have it any other way. They have done quite well in the last few years. I have chosen to become more diversified. Yet, I follow DELL closely and have ALOT of faith in this company's ability to execute.

EMC is a great stock as well. My father wanted to diversify in the tech sector last year and I talked him into buying EMC (and AOL, XCIT, CMGI, more DELL etc...).
