CUBE has made it very clear to expect a flat first half of the
year, and growth in the second half, but here are last year's numbers
and this year's estimates from First Call.

'98 '99 Growth
Q1 .27 .31 +.04
Q2 .25 .27 +.02
Q3 .28 .31 +.03
Q4 .31 .35 +.04

I don't see much difference in growth rates. Perhaps they only meant
revenue, but revenue had better turn into earnings unless there is a
major event such as an acquisition.

1 of 3 things must be true:

1) Fist half estimates are too high, and Cube will disappoint. I
doubt that since we haven't received a warning, and CUBE has a good
cushion of unrecognized revenue from past quarters

2) Second half estimates are too low, and we will see them raised at
some point. Let's hope so.

3) The analysts know better than to listen to CUBE management.

Actually, I understand that CUBE was referring to sequential growth,
not quarter over quarter growth, but I don't think that's what the
street understood judging by the sell off in January.
