The SD is 31 for five stocks and and 21.2 for the ten stock. Returns slightly lower. For twenty stocks you lose the effects of the MCAP filter since the previous line is top twenty stocks of a volume filter. Returns are much lower. Ten stocks lets in a few more stocks below $5 a bad sign. Here are the five stocks selected each year. Have fun experimenting with QI. I think you are right about the correction.
