Another point to consider. I reported a name and cusip change this week. Remember there are a lot of variables involved to the equation. To me it would be more logical to time the name and cusip change in conjunction with a buyout offer, more bang for the buck. If it doesn't come this week I would think this would be the reasoning.

Vince here is a site you should look through to find the name change on MDIN. otcbb.com This may take some time to change the date in the url. yet you can go back in the files by date and see if there was a change. It's necessary sometime for good DD. work. Good Trades to ya. God Bless Jim...
