Papaya - collateral killing or killing in the name of "progressive reconstruction" not a HATE crime if it is the perp making all the rules. Today Clinton endorsed and said he will pass MORE INDICES OF HATE CRIMES to include practically everything that causes "pain" to another. Since now every American falls into some "disadvantaged" grouping, we are all covered under his new plan - and of course, the flip side, your thoughts are covered too - not one negative disagreeable thought will be tolerated.
