Many times waiting for a pullback to a breakout point or trendline or moving average is the prudent thing to do because most up moves are not parabolic... In the case of ESRX, the 13 day MA has historical support significance... That's why I see the 82.00 to 84.00 area as a likely test of support... I'll leave the expert P&F analysis to Jan...

With triangles it is good to scoop them up as soon as you can after the break. Sometimes those babies jimmy jam right afterwards and you are left with your jaw on the ground. With BBY, it is hanging out here. I'd suggest buy only partials and then more if it pulls back. That way you are in on the jimmy jam if it happens but not fully invested in case it pulls back :-)
