Pilot Plants Just my opinion, but mining related pilot plants are just a joke, WIPP Waste isolation pilot plant. 900 governement and contract employees doing what 50 should be able to. Unocal oil shale pilot plant. It worked well but scaling factors completely off target. Result, 1 billion dollars spent for nothing. Desert Dirts, any metalurgist in his lab can look at the ore and scale successful operation in a few days. Explain the minerology of the deposit. Tim
