wvlax, I will tell you what I believe to be solid at this point: 1)Q1 1999 earnings will be at least one cent. 2)Spain and Italy milestones are a given for Q2 so we have another $4M in the bag. Now as far as things that are not very clear: 1)Japan: I am hearing conflicting things here. I don't know what is fact vs fiction but I personally expect to hear something soon and hopefully by the Q1 conference call in 2 weeks. 2)Domestic partner: There has been a lot of speculation that Vivus wanted to partner with Astra for the US market but that the Astra Zeneca merger put any deals with Vivus on the back burner. Now the merger is officially complete and I am told that the same people who were negotiating with Vivus from Astra will still be involved but the "higher ups" who finalize such decisions are not the same people before Astra was merged. As a long term Vivus investor I feel that Lee Wilson had BETTER have a domestic partner deal NO LATER THAN BY THE Q2 CONFERENCE CALL AND HOPEFULLY SOONER! VLAD PS As far as the femme cream maybe Vivus will give us a time line on April 21st.
