Viper- Free markets are best when they work. The fed has for a long time manipulated to keep things churning. So the reduced risk of good enter-net co. making investors sad by the increased pressure of swings caused by margin activity is good for this new industry. This was in effect during xmcm's rise and the only sad investors were those who shorted. tglo, dbcc, etc has many sad investors.
