Karma is a combination of "you'll reap what you sow" and reincarnation on earth. Some believe they'll return as a snake or something if they're bad in this life - bad deeds build up. Or at least that they'll get exactly what they deserve in the next life on earth. So maybe I should have said "I don't believe in the concept of Karma". "Grace can wipe out all Karma" is referring to the fact that Grace (defined as unmerited favor or love) has superceded our merits.

But remember, I was just answering his post to me. We can take this to a religion thread if there's one on SI.
