The US Securities and exchange commission issues a Subpoena for all of the documents,R&D material and records of MSP Technologies Inc. And any communications, prospectuses or related documents between myself and IPO Consultants, of San Diego CA, Jim Franklin, Wolanyk, RedHotStocks, Net Income, AXPL (Amalgamated explorations), and Christian (Ted) Murer.
