There is no doubt that the KLA are supported by Turkey, this is not controversial. It is controversial that the KLA is a conspiracy by Turkey to surround Greece. Possible, but I dont know how probable. I am not in a position to say one way or the other on this. It is just as probable that they are Iranian puppets trying to get a foothold in the belly of Europe. It is also a probable, and probably more probable <g> that they are extremists which have been radicalized by Serbian actions.

But there is no doubt: the KLA did not appear on the scene until after Milo reneged on Kosovo autonomy and stepped up brutality against Kosovar Albanians. It is a matter of debate whether or not such extremists ever would have found support if not for the actions of Serbian nationalists such as Milosevich.
