wallstreeter,

I am a Canadian an I can tell you that my brokerage firm as well as 95% of all other one do not allow the general investor to short any otc-bb stock !!

In order for someone to have that kind of leverage with a REAL broker (not online), they must have a HUGE portfolio. Usually, these types of investors rarely mess with penny stocks!!!

I guess it could be done as I have heard many say BUT there ain't a whole bunch of people that can do it thus it shouldn't account for a big % of the day's volume!!

wallstreet, I said the same thing, but the brokerage house will want to have a massive portofolio they can liquidate in case the stock runs against you. I doubt that any small investor is allowed into that game. If you own an ironclad collateral (like a floorless convertible), that is another story, but the best of my knowledge JNNE does not have such instruments.
