Thanks for the hard info. So what excuse can there be for promising 'end of Feb' and then not delivering? Very bad. What excuse for not publicly disclosing the reasons filing was delayed? Badder yet. If we learn insiders are dumping their shares because they know something we don't then it's worser. Looks like SLEU may be a scam.

Glenn, thanks for your reply... I too, am debating if I should continue holding or seriously think and plan to sell my shares... I bought them at 12.50 and seeing them at 6 and less is not pleasant at all... and I am starting to question the wisdom of holding on to something that has no signs of life whatsoever (1700 or so traded shares yesterday...!), when I can buy CMGI, AOL, AMZN, YHOO, ATHM from amongst many other good securities... my greed is what keeps me holding on, but I have to weigh that against the value of time on my frozen monies in SLEU... thanks again Glenn for your reply, and best of luck to all amein
