Joey - Re: "By far, one of the WORST performing CEOs, by almost any metric."

From a pure survival point of view, Sanders would make a great case study in that light.

He has continually stacked his BOD with his own "yes" men, and has cleverly duped the CEO of DLJ to put each other on their respective boards of directors.

In this manner, he has manipulated DLJ and their sucker customers into buying AMD debt instruments and keep AMD awash in cash - as well as awash in $1,372,416,000.00 of long term debt.

I'll bet when all that money comes due, DLJ will float a new DEBT OFFERING to pay off the OLD debt, and the clock will start over - with possibly even more money in Jerry's pockets so that he can undercut Intel's prices by 25% more for the next 10 years.

Truly amazing.
