WEB recommended Levitt's excellent Speech. The Lesson for us:.

We have to wait years until Levitt's eight points become effective.

In the meantime, we should not consider any stock where there are signs of dishonest flim-flam, of "earnings management".

“Punish those who rely on deception” , Levitt said near the end. Well, that applies to the big funds. We just do it our way - and will be rewarded by the better choices we make.
