Doug,

Thanks. I hadn't noticed that today's gap was 5%, which is approaching significant. I'm going to play it by ear, Van Gogh-style, at the bell.
Thanks, also, for the heads-up on ORCL. I wanna bust that one so bad, I could just ...
RAIN's hit a new low. A most disappointing little cat so far. Two break-evens on commission, a whole lot of shoe leather lost.
Nothing else in sight, though enormous volatility in the house today-- everything from SPYG to TSATA going beserk, but lots more 10% and greater losses/gains. I've always found the cathouse an interesting, if not clearly prophetic, perch on the market at large. My little mewlers are telling me something powerful's this way coming. From your posts, from the general downtrends that seem clearly to be awaiting the resolution of a sudden snap, and from the (what-else-is-new?) severe overextension of the Nuts and MSFTs and whatnot, I'd have to guess that it's likely to be a correction.
Ergo: saving my powder.

Ivan

PS: I'd watch out below with AKLM. You can disappoint only so many times before these philistines just turn around one day and vomit you into the cathouse. AKLM--what a little pet that'll be.
