Anthony,

I'm so glad you're back!!

Everyone on the thread is awesome; but you were missed.

While you were out, I hosed myself royally with IDTC! :( Long story, but what I thought was Due Diligence turned out to be D.D.

Thanks for the San Diego Travel & Visitors Guide, it will definitely come in handy. Take Care.

Cheers!

FM

Glad to see you're back....ready to go to work?

How about <ADRX>...currently $81..with a "modest" PE of 150+

Seems they have a subsidiary, 94% owned, called Cybear <CYBR> trading at 29...no earnings...no revenue...no cash...but they have announced a secondary stock offering...

Andrx developes drug delivery systems...and according to the latest news/sec filings...a few problems in that reqard. They provide the management for CYBR, which is set up to provide, eventually, physician software...ISP access, for a monthly subscription. That's assuming they develope the software...and can then sell it. Other players have had difficulty in that field.

Oh, by the way, the software they are developing came by way of MEDIX who litigated ADRX/CYBR and collected a $125,000 settlement.

The last news release pertaining to the secondary also stated that their underwriters have stated the offering will have to be significantly below the current stock price...can't imagine why...lol..

Maybe a scam...maybe just a poor set-up, ie, business plan. But I honestly think this one could use your attention.

I have no position in either of these companies...yet

Dave

Hi Anthony,

Welcome back. Any advice on AHWY for some of us (like me) who shorted in the mid teens?

Ouch! TIA
