Hi,

Excuse me, aren't these the people that just became part of China and had the spy that took our nuclear secrets to the enemy? Now we are just going to openly GIVE the stuff to them? I guess the campaign contribution to the Gore campaign was even better than before this year. <ng> <<<

Taiwan(ROC) had not become part of China and still is a faithful
ally to US for decades. Taiwan does need the technology to
defend herself against the aggression from China.
And it is not free, Taiwan will pay dearly for the technology.

As for the "spy" that took the nuclear secrets to China,
FBI could not find any evidence to prosecute him.
He lost his job because he did not report Chinese officials
contacted him during his visit to China several years ago.
