Gary, I just started using A.B. Watley a few months ago. When I started, I talked to customer service (very helpful), who recommended that I use ISLD whenever possible. I am a momentum trader, and make about 5-10 "roundtrips" a day. I only get a partial fill about one out of 100 trades (none this week or last).

I only buy about $10,000 worth per trade, so almost all of my trades are for 1000 shares or less. Are you trading more then 1000 shares at a time?

Maybe I have very few problems because of my low volume, or maybe I have just been lucky.

Jim

Wily,

Thanks for your response. I've been daytrading (scalping) successfully for 9 months now. I did need to try Watley (equivalent to MBT or Cyber, etc.) to see if that kind of system would work better than my existing system at Fidelity. Clearly, so far, it does not. The routing at Fidelity -- generally to an in-house MM who matches orders -- seems to be exactly what I need to get my fills done properly. If only Fidelity hadn't kicked me off of live trading (with a broker on the phone) over to the web. Even so, I'm now learning to do the web trades as well. They do really have an excellent fill system. I've not seen anything comparable.

Watley/MBT/etc. will work for a slightly different style of trading. To the extent I have position trades I will use it. And, of course, the data feed remains top notch.

Thanks again,
Gary Korn
