I agree with the good DR. This stock has humanitarian value and I found it somewhat strange that at a time when they are putting a product in the forefront of the world relief organizations and after having registered with the government procurement agency isn't it a bit strange to see the price drop.

This leads me to believe that one of two things are happening right now.

1)The MM's are short shares (evidenced by the selling and extremely quick buys that follow which also may indicate short covering)I am also aware that shares can be found but in conversations with Gary Hill the only time shares have been made available is through 504 shares to finance inventory and Gary seems very concious of dilution.

2)If there is news and the shares do not move the MM's start selling amongst themselves to give a negative slant on the stock encouraging people to panic sell thus picking up cheap shares for either short covering or just to enhance their profitability when any worthy news is released such as further contracts.

They will not get mine as I feel this company is very timely with what is going on in the world.The fruits of Gary's labour will soon pay off for him and for us.
