Perhaps both? I'm not complaining, but it can be helpful to see if others are having similar problems.

If I don't get the CD soon, I'll just cancel the order and buy elsewhere. Have you ever heard of customer service? It doesn't seem like a high priority for TSIG. I called and was told that it takes 7 to 10 working days. That seems like a lomg time to me.
