How Can Such Good News Tank the Stock So Badly?

Never thought this stock would fall below $20, or that
the market cap would fall below $200 million, especially
on a day that confirmatory news was released regarding
the health and cost benefits of Adcon-L in back surgeries.
Presently using a bandaid (a big one!) - might have to
switch to a tournequet to stop the portfolio bleeding
if this one drops any further.
