Brian,

I agree, I am looking for SFSK to hit $5 before I seriously consider buying. That would still be about one times sales, a level which still isn't dirt cheap for a one product company that has run into credibility problems. Unless small cap stocks make a sudden re-emergence, I think SFSK will continue to sandpaper down to that level. IMHO.

As of 1:30 pm we are up almost a buck. This could be good. Still I do not think that anything has changed, we will probably end up giving it back by closing or Thursday.....

I have passive write offs coming out of my nose!

My family took over an underground construction firm last year that was owned by its employees. Mismanaged i should say, We sunk a ton into new equipment I have write offs to carry forward for 10 years it seems. So passive write offs are only what 3000 each year?
