Moving all that history over the net every time, storing all that history (for how long, years?!), that is the two big issues.

Banks have to store all the information for years anyway. So it's not a new issue. As for history. Now, if I go to the bank and want to know something from the history, they will charge me. A single request may cost me more than all monthly services combined. It should stay this way. All extra services should be chargeble. This will discourage people from abusing connections and bring additional money to banks.
