Online revenue is expected to account for only about 4% of dELIA*s
revenues ($6 million) for its most recent year . So then how much should the IPO really be valued at? and will it sustain that value over time - which is key in valuing the remaining shares owned by the parent. If the IPO is up purely on net hype and the investment community believes as such, the value of the remaining shares to the parent will be minimal.
