Actually I am not that concerned that we are higher today, as with a time window for a turn can be 3 or 4 days early or late, for a turn of this magnitude. I see that PEI 3 weeks ago came out with an APril 8th or 9th (not sure which) date for a high and I think favors has mentioned the 8th, Although I have not heard what he has said recently. SO we still have a few days to see if this is a top area. It has really not surprised me that the market has managed to go up in the past 6 weeks, So that part of the spring forecast has gone to cyclical plan
