Mr. Silvers,

Mark, I meant it. <<My hat's off.>> Especially the prophesy one! The muse has left the cranium. <g>

As far as the so-called dissidents selling; I say, "Let 'em!" Hell, encourage them to sell. Let's drive this price to the floor. If it gets low enough even I will be able to buy some more!

So, sell away boys and girls! That which you do when you sell only makes me stronger.

Jerard P

The Vancouver Sun reports in a lead business story in its Wednesday edition that the Alberta Securities Commission may have to swallow hundreds of thousands of dollars of investigation and hearing costs as a result of its largely-failed prosecution of Vancouver-based Naxos Resources and six former directors. Reporter David Baines says that prosecutor Raymond Coad has not yet prepared a bill of costs for the hearing, which concluded last month with the acquittal of all but former Naxos president Jimmy John. Industry sources say it was longer, more complex and more expensive than the Larry Ryckman case, which cost $500,000. Since Mr. John was the only respondent found to have committed securities offences, the hearing panel will only be able to assess a fraction of those costs. In addition, Naxos says it will ask the panel to reimburse it for the $799,000 it paid to defend the company and its directors.
