I had very poor service from interquote today - slow and halting quotes all day long tech service has nothing much to say except stop everything and reboot the computer "to clear out the memory" -- does anyone feel this actually achieves anything - sounds like a pretty useless idea to me he also said charts slow down their data feed, and I did have about 5 up he also said I had too many programs running -- that's really off the wall if you ask me - I have 124 meg 233mhz and run about a dozen tasks cpu utilization is under 5% and there is always plenty of memory, so I think he is talking through his hat - anyone have any comments on all of this?
