Hasn't Spidey been telling us for months that the AZNT/Zapara case was over, and that the Zapara stock had been cancelled? Ooops, guess not:

15 BY MR. LANDISH:

16 Q. The first name is Michael Zappara; is that correct?
17 A. That's correct.
18 Q. How did Michael Zappara come into the scene?
19 A. In August of 1997 Charles Kricfalusi introduced us to

20 Michael Zappara, a gentleman who he said can assist him in
21 public relations of the company to get the word of our
22 products out to everybody in the marketplace.
23 Q. Did Michael Zappara in fact do anything on behalf of
24 Amazon?
25 A. No.

1 Q. Is Amazon currently in litigation with Mr. Zappara?
2 A. That is correct.
3 Q. And where is that litigation?
4 A. It's at a point where all the stock that he has is under

5 court order and frozen. That's at Southwest Securities and
6 Charles Schwab.
7 Q. How did Mr. Zappara get ahold of Amazon stock?
8 A. Mr. Zappara and Mr. Kricfalusi wrote up the same documents
9 that we used to send to the transfer agent to issue stock and
10 Mr. Zappara issued himself 440,000 free trading shares of
11 Amazon Natural Treasures along with 1 hundred thousand shares
12 of restricted 144 stock unbeknownst to myself when I was in
13 Brazil.
14 Q. And as you indicate this litigation is still pending; is
15 that correct?

16 A. Correct.

Here we have Mikey accusing James Norian of issuing "photocopy stock":

13 Q. And James Noryian?
14 A. In February 1997 Charles Kricfalusi introduced us to James

15 Noryian as another party such as Wellrich who could do a
16 private placement. What James Noryian did was he went ahead
17 and sold stock and he collected money for the stock but never
18 delivered and never gave Amazon Natural Treasures the money
19 and issued photocopy certificates to the people on -- listed
20 in evidence there is a sheet that Bruce Judd put into evidence
21 of 680 or 610,000 shares that are supposedly 144 registration
22 stock to be sold. That is the example of what James Noryian
23 did by issuing photocopy stock that he did not pay the company
24 for and the company has no record of that stock being issued
25 to those people who submitted to their brokers under a 144

1 filing and they show up on the Internet even though they're
2 not registered certificates.
3 Q. Have you taken any legal action against Mr. Noryian as of
4 this date?
5 A, We can't find him. I believe he's in Arabia.

Now, if true, that'd be pretty serious, wouldn't it? Yet has anyone ever seen an example of one of these "photocopy certs"? None has been introduced into evidence, oddly enough.

Note that here Mikey says that Norian "collected money for the stock but never delivered and never gave Amazon Natural Treasures the money", yet later he tells a different story:

9 Q. Okay. And Mr. James Noryian, that was introduced by

10 Charles Kricfalusi?
11 A. Correct.
12 Q. And there was some problem with the relationship between
13 James Noryian and Amazon as well? And you said you couldn't
14 find him because he was somewhere in the Middle East?
15 A. Yeah. He paid -- he bought $25,000 worth of stock from us
16 and that was it.
17 Q. But there was some problem in the relationship between
18 Amazon and James Noryian, correct?
19 A. That's correct.
20 Q. And for some reasons or another he also did not live up to
21 his obligations to Amazon, correct?
22 A. That's correct.

How convenient that Norian's in Arabia!
