This is my one and only warning to you..Do not ever make false statements again..statements that you know to be false..There is no SEC investigation by the SEC into me or my site and there never has been.. Retract your statement and an apology immediately, otherwise I will pursue all legal remedies I have at my disposal.. I have no tactics..I simply advised everyone that i was buying the stock at 12 3/8 and and that I was buying more at 15 and change..what tactic is that..be careful...I do not tolerate malicioous and false libelous statements and maintain a zero tolerance policy towards it..
