JDN- I understand the street would have nothing to do with the valuation of a buyout price. Question is, with the street valuing it at $4 and a reasonable analysis being able to peg the buyout premium at at least $15...ahhhh...... lightbulb time....if someone stepped in to buy enough shares at the market for a contorlling interest, the demand would push the price towards full valuation. If someone wanted to negotiate a buyout, the process you described comes into effect to determine the price. So, they reallycouldn't be taken over at these bargin prices. Right?

---- apparently the + in the quote box below this post indicates the price had gone up and the black numbers indicated the amount of the increase...what a novel experience!
