JERSEY CITY, N.J. (April 7) BUSINESS WIRE -April 7, 1999--CyberShop(R) International, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYSP), a
leading online retailer, today announced that it has entered into a strategic marketing agreement with Go2Net Inc.
(Nasdaq: GNET), a network of branded, technology- and community-driven Web sites.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will become the exclusive front page sponsor of the Apparel
Category on Go2Net's (www.go2net.com) WebMarket property and will be prominently positioned on the Shopping
Channel home page. CyberShop (www.cybershop.com) will also be featured in highly targeted areas of the
MetaCrawler search property through hyperlinks and banner advertising. In addition, Go2Net users will have easy
access to CyberShop's designer and brand name product, in a variety of categories, at deep discounts of 20-80%
off original prices every day, auctions, daily and weekly features, and promotional offerings.

"The Go2Net Network has rapidly become one of the Internet's most popular destinations by offering a strong mix
of technology and community-driven content," said Jeff Tauber, CyberShop Chairman and CEO. "We believe that
our positioning on Go2Net will create awareness about our product assortment and enable us to quickly
differentiate ourselves from the competition."

This agreement follows the Company's recent announcements of a refocused merchandising strategy targeting the
flourishing outlet store and off-price categories and of the Company's entry into the online auction arena both on its
own site (auctions.cybershop.com) and in partnership with Amazon (Nasdaq: AMZN) Auctions.com. CyberShop
now offers designer and brand name product, in a variety of categories, including the addition of men's, women's,
and children's apparel, at deep discounts of 20-80% off original prices every day. The Company continues to offer
a range of other merchandise including housewares, electronics, toys, luggage, home office, jewelry and watches.
