"Shanghai Thakral is a Chinese-incorporated subsidiary of Thakral Corporation Ltd. It has network spanning 150 cities in China and Hong Kong and it is part of the multi-national Thakral Group of Companies with offices in 34 countries worldwide. Thakral is also a manufacturer of televisions, VCDs, VCRs and DVD players, which the Company plans to integrate with MSU's design. Additionally, MSU has supplied product samples to other Chinese companies with the assistance of Thakral.
